Wayne Brown joined Rovers in the summer of 2024 as the clubs new goalkeeper coach permanently after a short spell with the side at the end of the 2023/24 season.

Alongside his duties with Rovers, Brown is also the goalkeeper coach for the England Lionesses and England U23’s Lionesses.

Brown also spent 11 years as Oxford United’s goalkeeper coach working his way up from the U18’s to the first team, following his retirement at the U’s.
