Rob Edwards joined Steve Cotterill’s coaching staff during the summer of 2024, leaving his role as Wales MU19 Head Coach.

Edwards became part of the FAW in 2018 becoming Wales MU17 Head Coach before moving up to MU19 role in 2019.

Whilst being a part of the Welsh youth set-up, Edwards oversaw the development of players such as, Neco Willams, Charlie Savage and Lewis Koumas.
