Jake Roe joined Rovers in 2023 as part of the Physio team but has since become the clubs Head of Medical.
Roe arrived at Rovers after working with teams such as, Birmingham City, Sheffield United, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Telford United and the England Lionesses between 2015-2017.
