Dan Connor has been part of Rovers coaching staff since 2019 originally as our goalkeeper coach before stepping up to assist Cotterill along with Rob Edwards.

Connor made his managerial debut during the 2023/24 League Two campaign when he took charge of Rovers 1-1 draw with Gillingham.

Prior to joining Rovers, Connor spent time at Wigan Athletic, Shrewsbury Town, Hereford United and as Ireland U21s’ goalkeeping coach.
