The 25-year-old left-sided player has made 20 appearances in all competitions this season on loan at League Two side Doncaster Rovers before being recalled in January.

Fleming has featured 45 times for his parent club including a lengthy spell in the first team in the 2021/22 season helping his side achieve Championship survival with four games to spare.

His impressive displays saw him named in the division’s Team of the Week on three occasions and awarded Hull City’s February and March Player of the Month.

In January 2023, Fleming arrived at League One side Oxford United on loan.

He made his U’s debut in the FA Cup against Arsenal and made 15 appearances in all in Oxfordshire.

He returned to the MKM Stadium last month having featured heavily for Donny so far this campaign.

The left-sided player has also had loan spells with Bolton Wanderers, Shrewsbury Town and Gainsborough Trinity.
