Goals from Yan Dhanda and Ben Lloyd helped secure a 2-1 victory for Championship side Swansea City at the innocent New Lawn on Wednesday evening.
Matty Stevens pulled a goal back in the latter stages of the pre-season encounter, but Alan Tate's side held on for the win.
Rovers argubly started the brighter of the two sides, with Kane Wilson seeing his cross find Udoka Godwin-Malife inside the area - but his tame effort was held by Swans stopper Ben Hamer.
Rob Edwards' side continued to look for the opener in the first-half, but was denied by Wales international Ben Cabango who made a great block after Jack Aitchison picked the ball up outside the area and looked to hit the target.
Despite looking positive in the first half, Swansea managed to take the lead. Liam Cullen pulled the ball back to the edge of the area and Dhanda fired the ball into the net, with the help of a small deflection.
Teenager Ben Lloyd netted his first Swans goal with his first touch after replacing former Bristol City man Liam Walsh, and fired the ball into the top corner from the left side of the area.
Rovers pulled a goal back through Stevens - who netted his fourth goal of the pre-season campaign. Joel Latibeaudiere hauled down the forward inside the area, receiving a red card and conceding a penalty. Stevens stepped up and coolly slotted home beyond Hamer.
