Forest Green Rovers, the world’s greenest football club (FIFA and United Nations), are searching for a Chief Xperience Officer (CXO) to join the organisation.

This role is an opportunity to build on very strong foundations and ambition, bringing extensive operational expertise to the Club. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you’ll take responsibility for delivering the strategy on a day-to-day basis, specifically tasked with evolving, developing and managing the experience for FGR fans and staff.
To achieve this, you will oversee the operations of the business, to deliver a great environment and experience for staff, visitors and fans. You’ll lead by example and have an impressive grasp of managing people and teams, distilling financials, P&L responsibility, leading meetings, hitting deadlines and delivering a second-to-none customer journey/experience.
Your direct reports include impressive teams across Commercial, Operations, Food & Beverage and Content, who all have a deep understanding of the industry and the business – and an ingrained ambition to achieve the absolute best for both the Club and it’s fans.
Experience of working in football is not essential, but a history of delivering operational excellence is. Ideally you’ll be within a 40 minute commute of the office too, which is based at The Fully Charged New Lawn.
