Rovers are in away action this afternoon as we travel to take on Burton Albion at the Pirelli Stadium.
Here’s all the key information you need to know for the trip to Staffordshire.
“We needed a couple of days to take stock of it because it was probably the most disappointing performance,” started Rovers Head Coach Ian Burchnall.
“The player have been at it a little more this week and I think we need that.
“Burton are a really competitive team. At the weekend we were outfought by Exeter so this week we’ll certainly have to match that physicality.
“We aren’t playing like a bottom four side, but we are in that position and we have to get points to move out of it,” said Burton Manager Dino Maamria.
“If we carry on playing the way we have done in the away games and win two out of three, we will be alright as a team.
“Forest Green did very well last season. They have a good group of players and if you allow them to play their game, they can cause you trouble.
Trio Udoka Godwin-Malife, Matty Stevens and Harry Boyes remain out of action for Rovers and still continue to recover from lengthy spells on the side-lines.
Bailly Cargill and Jamille Matt are also unavailable for this weekend’s game through injury.
Kyle McAllister will be available for the clash after coming off early in last weeks defeat to Exeter City.
Full commentary of Saturday’s match will be available via our online streaming service and on BBC Radio Gloucestershire on 1413AM.
