Scunthorpe United are the visitors to The innocent New Lawn this weekend, as Jimmy Ball takes charge of the side for the first time.
The action will get underway at 12.30pm, to avoid a clash with the funeral of HRH The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.
Rovers ran riot when the two sides met earlier this season, as Jamille Matt's hattrick guided his side to a 4-1 victory over the Iron.
Here is all you need to know ahead of the game:
"It's all about these next six games," said Jimmy Ball.
"There's no point dwelling on the past, because we're only as good as our next game.
"I'm really happy with how we're going, and this is a great bunch of lads."
"We're unsure what to expect from them really as a young Under-18s coach has taken over until the end of the season," said Iron boss Neil Cox.
"Will he play the same way or do things differently?
"We'll make sure we focus on what we need to do though to get a result. We have to be better."
Dan Sweeney and Jamille Matt remain absent. Ebou Adams is also a doubt for this one.
Scunthorpe United completed the signing of former Tottenham and Leicester striker Ryan Loft on a two-year deal in August 2020.
Gravesend-born, he signed for Spurs in 2013-14 after playing for Dartford and Ebbsfleet United. While there, he enjoyed loan stints with Braintree Town, Stevenage and Exeter City.
In 2018, he left Tottenham, for whom he featured in the EFL Trophy and scored away at Luton.
That summer, he joined up with fellow Premier League side Leicester where he continued his development and made numerous appearances in Premier League 2 and the EFL Trophy, scoring away at Fleetwood and Rochdale.
Last season saw him sign for our fellow League Two side Carlisle on loan, and he found the target six times. This included the winner in their 1-0 success at the Sands Venue Stadium last August.
Jamille Matt struck a stylish hat-trick to inspire Forest Green Rovers to victory at Scunthorpe.
The Iron took an early lead through Aaron Jarvis' powerful strike, but Rovers grew into the game and two close-range finishes from Matt turned it around before the break.
The striker completed his hat-trick in the 83rd minute before substitute Matt Stevens rounded off the rout.
The two sides are yet to draw a game, with Rovers winning the most recent and Scunthorpe coming out on top in the three previous meetings.
The first clash came back in 2009, as The Iron ran out 2-0 winners in the FA Cup, before doing the double over FGR last season as the sides met in league competition for the first time.
