An appealing away tie at former Premier League side Blackpool awaits the winner of Tuesday night's FA Cup first round replay between Forest Green Rovers and Scarborough Athletic.
The initial tie against the National League North side finished in a draw, with Rovers frontman Olly Sully forcing a replay, prodding home his first professional goal in stoppage-time.
After an impressive performance 10 days ago, Rovers will know that the National League North side will provide a stern test as they look to make the second round of the competition for the first time in their history.
"We need to keep working and keep going," said David Horseman. "We need to dust ourselves down, there's no point sulking in football.
"We've got a big game on Tuesday and a big game on Saturday. We need to put in a much better showing and show a lot more physicality than we did against Tranmere"
"The fans need to enjoy the occasion on Tuesday," said Scarborough boss Jono Greening. "It's a big game for the players, a big game for the club. Everybody wants to go to Blackpool in a few weeks time.
"There's not much time to recover, but we need to go again for one of the biggest games in our history."
Kyle McAllister could return to the squad after missing Saturday's defeat at Tranmere with a minor injury. However, Rovers will lose Dom Bernard for this tie, with the defender sent off at Prenton Park.
Darnell Johnson received his first league minutes since September on Saturday, while Jordan Moore-Taylor completed his first 90 minutes since the defeat to Doncaster Rovers on matchday eight.
Luke Daniels (quad), Jordon Garrick (quad), Marcel Lavinier (hamstring), Matty Taylor (hamstring), Reece Brown (hamstring), Ryan Inniss (shin), Callum Morton (ankle) and Matty Stevens (knee) remain out.
