Forest Green will be looking to extend their unbeaten start to 2024 as we welcome Harrogate Town to The New Lawn for our League Two encounter.
Rovers’ first win of the season came against Saturday’s opponents with a 1-0 victory back in August, which Troy Deeney will be hoping to replicate this weekend.
Ahead of Saturday’s clash, here is all Rovers fans need to know on team news, tickets and how to follow the action.
“We really have to be on it as they are a great team. The more chaotic the game, the better they [Harrogate] are,” Deeney said.
“They might let us have the ball more often than usual, but we can’t become comfortable, so we have to be straight on it.
“All credit to them, they know who and what they are, they play to their strengths and importantly they play for each other.”
“We’re expecting a real tough game at Forest Green because they’ve had a run of games where they’ve fell short of earning more points,” Harrogate manager Simon Weaver said.
“They are starting to cause teams some real problems now.
“We’re going to have to keep the ball well in what will be a difficult game.”
Ryan Inniss will miss Saturday’s match as he serves a one-match ban following his late red card against Salford City.
Jacob Maddox, Nathan Holland and Jordon Garrick remain sidelined, although Maddox and Holland are back out on the grass at Stanley Park.
New signings Tommy Simkin, Dominic Thompson and Alex Gorrin could feature.
