The club would like to apologise following technical issues during the streaming of Tuesday’s match against Leyton Orient.
FGR TV was not accessible for the first half of the match to our season ticket holders, and we have worked with Stream AMG, our live stream partner, to identify the problem and make sure that it doesn’t happen again.
We are aware that watching matches online is the only way fans can enjoy football at the moment and the issue has not been taken lightly.
We have improved how season ticket holders gain access to each home game on FGR TV. If you are a season ticket holder, simply login to your FGR TV account and you will be able to watch every League Two home game this season without the need to purchase a pass for each individual home game.
Due to the way season ticket holders have access to the streaming platform we cannot offer a monetary refund for the technical problems during the Leyton Orient game. Instead, season ticket holders will be given access to the match against Southend United, on Tuesday 24 November, free of charge.
Any other supporters who purchased a streaming pass and were unable to watch the first half of the match, due to this error, should continue to contact our streaming partner fgrtv@streamamg.com
