Former Rovers winger Keanu Marsh-Brown will be returning to The New Lawn for our first match of 2025. Book into our Carol Embrey suite to hear from our ex-player and promotion winner on New Year's Day when we face Yeovil Town.

He started his footballing career in the youth set up at Fulham, and earned himself him loan moves to MK Dons in League One, and Dundee United in the Scottish Premiership for experience in the professional game.

After his departure from Fulham, Keanu went on to play for a host of English clubs, making his mark at Oldham, Yeovil and Barnet before joining FGR in 2018.

Fans will remember Keanu as a dynamic and entertaining winger with an eye for goal. During his time at Rovers, he scored 23 goals in his 103 appearances and was instrumental in both National League Play-Off campaigns in both the 2015/16 and 2016/17 seasons.

Fans will remember fondly his vital goal in our successful second attempt at promotion from the National League via Play-Offs in 2016/17, scoring in our home win vs Dagenham & Redbridge in the semi-final second leg.

After a successful time with us here, Keanu has gone on to play club football outside of the United Kingdom, with professional contracts in the US, Bahrain, and Malaysia. He's also had experience playing international football for Guyana, accumulating 16 caps for the South American nation.

We're delighted to be able to have Keanu back at TNL, as he is set to share his story and insight into his time at the club, his career, and life outside of football.
