Rovers forward Jamille Matt has been named Club Captain ahead of the start of the new season.

The 31-year-old will lead FGR on the pitch during this campaign - after becoming an integral character and leader within the dressing room throughout his time at the Club.

Rob Edwards has also selected a senior leadership group of players within the squad to create a cohesion between coaching and playing staff.
