Following his late winner and an all-around excellent performance against Eastleigh, Jamie Robson has been included in the Vanarama National Team of the Week.
Robson followed up a Harvey Bunker post-struck effort to seal all three points for Rovers in the 90th minute to keep the pace at the top of the league.
The left-back also made a handful of impressive and important blocks to keep Eastleigh at bay to conclude an all-around solid performance.
Robson is one of just two players to feature in all of Rovers 30 National League fixtures this season, alongside Adam May, scoring three and assisting three.
This appearance is Robson’s second of the season following his previous involvement after his resolute showing against Stockport County in November.
It also sees Rovers total tally up to 21 appearances so far this season with Charlie McCann (4) leading the way, closely followed by Jed Ward (3), Christian Doidge (2), Liam Sercombe (2), Ryan Inniss (2) and now Robson (2).
Kyle McAllister, Ben Tozer, Joe Quigley, May and Bunker all have one appearance to their names.
Congratulations Robbo, thoroughly deserved!
