On this year’s Easter Monday, we’ll be asking that you turn your focus away from the Easter eggs and action on the pitch for just long enough to think about the impact you could have off the pitch.

What are these small changes and what is a pledge? These small changes can be anything from taking a shorter shower, to eating vegan two days a week.
