We are delighted to announce the details for our 2025 Youth Tournament here at The New Lawn. Following on from the success of last year’s tournament, we're planning to go bigger and better.
With a completely rebuilt pitch for our 2024/25 season, this offers local youth clubs an incredible opportunity to play on a professional hybrid pitch; giving kids and families the chance for an unforgettable experience.
The tournament will be held on Saturday, 3rd May 2025 and Sunday, 4th May, with all details listed below:
Scheduled Start & Finish
First games kick off at 9:30AM, with an aim to finish approximately 3:00PM.
Team Size
Maximum of 10 players per team.
Format
Teams placed in groups of five, guaranteeing at least four games each before knockout stages.
Match Length
seven-minute matches, played straight through.
Age Groups
U8s, U9s, U10s, and U11s.
Eligibility
Mixed and girls' teams are welcome — please enquire at events@fgr.co.uk.
Awards
Trophies for winners and runners-up, plus participation certificates for all players.
Entry Fee
£40 per team.
