We are looking for a full time Individual Coach Analyst to join our growing Academy team.

This person will not only be responsible for building a progressive and innovative Analysis department but will also deliver individual and small group coaching sessions to transfer the learning onto the pitch.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Oversee the Performance Analysis provision for all Academy players, capturing training sessions and matches.

• Lead and manage the Performance Analysis part-time staff and maintain all the analysis equipment used in the Academy.

• Study and share relevant performance data and clips to educate players, staff and parents of each Individual Development Plan.

• Work closely with other Academy staff to deliver individually tailored training sessions ensuring that consistent messages are given to players.

•  Be part of a coaching team working with the U16 squad aligning with the club’s coaching and playing philosophies.

• To support assessment of trialists at both training and games and feedback to the Head of Academy Coaching & Player Development and Head of Academy Talent ID and Recruitment.

• Attend meetings to feedback on player performance and development needs.
