Troy Deeney has won the Quorn Star of the Month award for September.

In his first full month with the club, Deeney bagged three goals - which all came in our 4-3 defeat to Notts County.

The Rovers Player-Coach won the award with 62.9% of the vote. Kyle McAllister (14.2%), Charlie McCann (12.1%) and Harvey Bunker (10.7%) were also nominated.

Deeney becomes the second player to win the award this season, with Luke Daniels winning it in August.
