Forest Green Rovers are pleased to announce the signing of forward Jahmari Clarke on loan from Reading until the end of the season.

The 19-year-old is an exciting, powerful forward who poses a real threat in the air - and bolsters Duncan Ferguson’s attacking options.

Clarke has come through the ranks at Reading - making his breakthrough into the first-team last season.

The forward played 12 times in the Championship last season, scoring a brace in a 2-1 win at Birmingham City in November 2021.

When he wasn't playing for the first-team last season, Clarke was producing the goods in the Premier League 2, grabbing six goals across 12 appearances.

Clarke has been capped five times by Jamaica Under-20s, scoring three goals.

He spent time out on loan at National League side Woking earlier this season and scored on his debut for the Cards.
