We're really pleased to announce a new payment plan for season tickets. Fans can choose to pay over five months, offering an affordable way to commit to watching FGR in the 25-26 season.
This is only available for fans that are taking advantage of the early bird offer.
The payment plan option is available alongside all other payment options. On the FGR ticketing website, simply select at the bottom of the basket page before checking out. Alternatively, fans can contact reception by phone or email reception@fgr.co.uk. Or visit in person during opening hours.
How does the new payment plan work?
Fans who purchase a 25-26 Early Bird Season Ticket will be given the option to pay the balance across FIVE months.
The first instalment will be taken at the time of booking, all subsequent payments will be made on the same date thereafter.
e.g A fan buys an adult standing season ticket on March 15 for £289. They will pay £57.80 on the day, then four recurring payments of £57.80 on April 15, May 15, June 15 and July 15.
The club reserves the right to refuse access to the monthly payment plan scheme on an individual basis.
Can I buy more than one season ticket with the payment plan?
Yes, fans can purchase multiple season tickets in one transaction. The total amount in your basket will be split into monthly instalments.
At least one of the tickets purchased must be for a parent or guardian over the age of 18.
I'm under 16 years old; can I use the payment plan?
An Under 16 ticket cannot be purchased without an accompanying adult.
Fans aged under 16 will need a parent or guardian to purchase their own season ticket at the same time as an U16 season ticket. This can be done online, over the phone, or in person.
Can I change the date of payment after I've paid?
Unfortunately, this isn’t an option.
Please consider any outgoing bills, when completing purchase of your season ticket, as the system is unable to change the date once you have paid for the first instalment.
What happens if I fail to make a payment?
The club maintains the right to cancel your Season Ticket if any of the following occur:
The Season Ticket Holder fails to comply with any of the terms of this agreement.
The Season Ticket Holder fails to maintain the monthly Direct Debit payments.
Any missed payments must be paid in full within 14 days of the due date. Should a payment not be received within 14 days, the club holds the right to cancel your Season Ticket, and you are required to return your card to the club immediately.
The club reserves the right to take any necessary legal action should the Season Ticket Card not be returned as required.
The Season Ticket Holder agrees that in the event their Season Ticket has to be cancelled, it may be resold on a game-by-game basis should they have outstanding payments up to 48 hours prior to a fixture.
This agreement is personal to the Season Ticket Holder and is not assignable by the Season Ticket Holder.
will there be a payment plan for anything else?
At the moment, this is only possible with the early bird season tickets, hospitality and parking.
We are looking at continuing the use of a payment plan for other products and services, keep an eye out for further announcements as and when they are made.
What happens if I change my mind and want to cancel my season ticket?
If your circumstances have changed please contact reception@fgr.co.uk and we'll be able to refund your payments.
The club reserves a right to charge an admin fee for this service.
Can I upgrade to hospitality if I've already started paying for a season ticket?
Yes, this is possible.
Please email the club reception@fgr.co.uk and we can discuss the next steps to help make this happen.

“Season ticket holders are some of the most dedicated fans and their support over the years is an essential part of the club’s success. So we’ve created an early-bird price freeze for supporters who renew their season ticket before 28 March. Ticket prices are expected to increase so this is fantastic value, no matter which league we are in next season.
We’re also launching a new way to pay; via a payment plan. This gives fans the ability to pay for Season Tickets over several months, making it even more affordable and helping as many people as possible to buy a season ticket.”
